Taking that first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

As a dedicated mother-and-daughter team with over a decade of clinical experience, we bring a rare blend of shared values, warmth, and extensive professional expertise to our practice. We specialize in working with adults, young adults, and children, offering a truly safe, non-judgemental space where every member of your family can feel heard, valued, and genuinely understood.

Why Choose Our Practice?

A Personalised Approach: We combine Humanistic therapy(focused on empathy, self-discovery, and personal growth) with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) (focused on practical tools to change negative thought patterns and actions). This means your therapy is always tailored to what you need—not a one-size-fits-all template.

Complete Peace of Mind: Your safety and trust are our highest priorities. We are fully insured, Enhanced DBS checked, and professionally accredited.

Flexibility That Fits Your Life: We offer both welcoming in-person sessions and convenient online appointments to fit seamlessly into your schedule.

Whether you are looking to work through anxiety, navigate life transitions, help your child through a tough patch, or simply find a quiet space to process your thoughts, we are here to support you at every step

About me:

As a trainee therapist, I offer a warm, caring and empathic approach, creating a safe and welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood and supported.

Alongside my therapeutic role, I’m also here to help with the practical side of your counselling journey. From paperwork and appointments to answering questions, I’ll support you through each step and help make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Outside of counselling, I enjoy reading, photography and playing pétanque. As a qualified photographer, I enjoy being creative and seeing the world from different perspectives.
